Return Policy:
Litecubes and other battery operated devices are electronic products with limited battery power life expectancy. Those electronic products which have been used are not eligible for return. Our merchandise is not sold on approval, therefore, we do not accept returns on speculative orders. Please do not order more than you need. When deemed appropriate, replacements for defective merchandise will be shipped, or refunds made, only upon return and inspection of the goods claimed defective. Any carton sent without a return authorization will be refused. Requests for credit due to discrepancies must be made within 10 business days from date of invoice.

Delivery method and timing:
Al products in stock will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. All custom and special orders as well as back ordered products will ship at the earliest possible date to be determined when order is placed and customer will be advised and consulted.
Shipments are prepaid, added to the invoice and payable in U.S. dollars.
Standard shipping is via UPS Ground and as such is subject to UPS shipping schedules. Delivery in the 48 contiguous states is usually between 2
and 5 business days from when the package leaves our warehouse. The Cube Lady is not responsible for mishandling caused by the carrier.
Shipment outside the 48 contiguous states may require alternate shipping and will ship best way as determined by The Cube Lady Inc. and the customer
will be advised.
None standard shipments must be specified by the customer at the time of order placement.
International shipping subject to Customs Inspection and assessment of duties and taxs in accordance with that country's national laws and are the
responsibility of the customer. Customs duties and taxs, if imposed, are assessed in the destination country and are not calculated or collected
by The Cube Lady Inc. Duties and taxs are collected from the recipient. Additionally, most countries have administrative fees that are collected
from the recipient to cover the cost of clearing the items though customs and collecting duties and taxs.
The Cube Lady Inc. reserves the right to delay or refuse shipment of any orders requiring additional clarification and verification of all credit
